A survey is an examination of your property, the purpose of which is to determine the boundaries and size of the property and to show the location of any improvements.  A current survey protects your investment by disclosing any possible issues.  An owner's title insurance policy purchased without a survey will exclude coverage for any issues that a survey would have disclosed.

how much does a survey cost?


There are many factors that influence the cost of a survey.  The price is determined by the scope of work to be performed and other elements such terrain, location, vegetation and time lapse since the previous survey.  Give me a call today and we can discuss your situation and I will provide you with a personalized quote.

how long will it take to complete my survey?

Most residential surveys (less than 1 acre) can be completed in 7-10 days.  I calculate the time frames of other projects on a case-by-case basis.

what do you need from me?

A copy of your current deed or a previous plat of survey is helpful.  If you cannot provide those then I need to know the size, location and a description of the terrain in order to provide you with a quote.
